B.Sc. Honours - Grade: In Geophysics (Full Time), Faculty of Petroleum & Minerals, Al Neelain University, Khartoum, Sudan. Geological field trip covered the Regional geology of the Sudan (Sabaloka, Shendi Basin, Atbara, Bauda Desert & the Red Sea Hills), with great deal with the geo-resources (Minerals, Petroleum, Water, Foundations & Constructions, Geological field trip to the Sabaloka Inlier (Geological mapping ).

Geological field trip to the Sabaloka Inlier (Field Relationships). Geological field trip surround Khartoum area (Jebel Aulia, Merkheiat & Silitat El Sufur). Engineering Geophysics by Using Electrical Resistivity & Thermal Conductivity Techniques to Investigate Proposed Gas Pipeline Route from Kabushia to Haya, Northern East Sudan, Sudan, Training period for a month in bore hole-drilling section, Khartoum state. Mapping, Regional and detailed geological maps, and sampling. Capable to interpret: Geophysical, Geochemical, Structural data and Well Logs and transfer it into geological information’s (Maps, sections, reports). Good knowledge of digital image processing and image interpretation.

  • Capable to work in both individually and in a team.

Job related skills:

  • Mapping, Regional and detailed geological maps, and sampling.
  • Capable to interpret: Geophysical, Geochemical, Structural data and Well Logs and transfer it into geological information’s (Maps, sections, reports).
  • Good knowledge of digital image processing and image interpretation.

Computer skills:

  • Good knowledge with different Geological software (GIS, ENVI 4.8, IPI2win+ip, Oasis Montaj, Talwani, Global Mapper and Surfer 11).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office™ tools (excel, word, PowerPoint).
